Seven Sheds Brewery - Peated Scotch Ale

The aroma is a sweet cherry and woody with a dark red appearance.  This is a full on beer.  The smoke is really strong an I don't get alot of other flavours.  It's tastes like a liquid ash and smoke.  It's really interesting but not that enjoyable.

Boatrocker Brewery - Ramjet Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

There is a rich sweet chocolate aroma with a syrupy black appearance.  The best way to describe this beer is an alcoholic chocolate syrup.  It has a richness and a silkiness.  It's a massive beer which will a rewarding undertaking.

Granite Belt Brewery - Poziėres Porter Black Beer

The aroma is tart and sour with a dark cooper appearance.  This is a very tangy beer.  It has more of a wine flavour profile than a beer profile.  There is a light fizziness with a dark fruit note.  Not for me.

Garage Project - Cereal Milk Stout

Considering this beer is so black that no light can enter the aroma is very subtle chocolate.  The beer is very smooth with a right a crisp chocolate biscuit flavour.  The malt is spicy and well balanced.  This is up there with Thirsty Crows Milk Stout.

Granite Belt Brewery - Hatters Wheat Witbier

This has a sweet buttery aroma with a cloudy straw apperance.  Surprisingly I get strawberry with a zesty tangy mouth feel.  It's a very fresh and lively beer.

Garage Project - Aro Noir Stout

A light malt aroma with coffee and a light sweetness.  This is a very dark beer.  There is a balanced bitter malt up front with a deep dark chocolate flavour.  I also get a light pepper flavour.  It's a really interesting beer which keeps revealing layers.

4 Pines Brewing Company - Imperial IPA

A crisp apricot aroma with a clear orange/brown appearance.  The bitterness is smooth a toasty.  There is a silky mooth feel with vanilla and a light fruit note.  It is quite confusing and there is alot going on here.  But it's really tasty.
