Sweet chocolate with coffee and malt.  Sourness in the back of the mouth.  Big feel but silky and not heavy.

Smooth and toasty.  Coffee notes up front.  Straw and orange appearance.  Theres orange in this mix.  Really well balanced.  Delicious.

The aroma is a cross between pineapple and vanilla.  The apperance is a cloudy hay colour.  There is a light bitterness with a fresh tasting apricot flavour.  It's a really tasty beer with a really balanced profile.

Hallertau Brewery - Maximus Humulus Lupulus India Pale Ale

Sweet bitter aroma with a light golden appearance.  There is a toasty bitterness up front which is still quite smooth.  There is a light citrus and syrup flavour.  It has a fresh summer feel to it.  Right up my alley.

Renaissance Brewing Company - Enlightenment Bloody RIPA Red Rye IPA

The aroma is sweet with berry and a light rye.  It has a deep red appearance.  There is a strong bitterness here but it is quite fresh.  The rye is quite earthy and toasty.  The berry flavour is very deep and rich but sits very deep in the profile.  This is a strong flavoured beer which may be too much for some.
