Creamy almost sticky beer with a sugary honey flavour.  For a beer this is sweet.

Yeasty aroma with a yellw/green appearance.  This is quite shocking beer.  It is very tart and very sour.  There is a smooth citrus and greeness to it.

Doctor's Orders Brewing - Iron Lung Black Imperial Pilsner

Like the Prescription 12 the aroma is malty and it is very dark.  This is a smooth beer with a creamy malt.  The body is full with no bitterness.  It has a really nice floural wheat.

Doctor's Orders Brewing - Prescription 12 Black IPA

This is a very dark looking beer with a sweet malty nose.  I have to say off the bat that this beer is awesome.  It has a nice light bitterness with a full creamy body.  There is a depth of flavour with dark fruity notes.

Doctor's Orders Brewing - Zephyr Double White Ale

The aroma is really light with a slight orange aroma.  The appearance is a light creamy yellow.  It tastes like rose water with a bright floral flavour.  This is a pretty interesting beer but I don't think you could drink more than one bottle.

Wolf In The Willows - ISA Indian Saison

Vanilla and light passion fruit on the nose with a light buttery appearance.  Taste wise it is quite tangy with a clean mouth feel.  There is a creamy passion fruit flavour in here as well.

Wolf In The Willows - XPA Extra Pale Ale

Number 100 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

Light caramel appearance with a citrus nose.  This to me tastes like light IPA.  It has the bitterness but it's not strong.  The flavour subtle and struggles to get past the bitterness.  It's fresh and clean but for me is missing something.

A smooth and creamy beer.  It has banana, vanilla and rose water flavours.
Delicious beer.

Number 70 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

Fresh and fragrant aroma with an olive appearance.  This tastes alot like a french pear cider.  Creamy with a light tart citrus.

This is a very sour and tart beer.  It has a rich red fruit flavour.  Alot to deal with on its own but is a lot better with food.

This is a smooth an light bodied beer.  It is musky with ash and coffee.  Like a light porter.

Number 56 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

This beer has a sweet grape aroma with a cloudy caramel appearance.  This beer is like a creamy chardonnay.  There is a smooth manderin flavour.  It has a medium body with a creamy slippery feel.

Mountain Goat Brewery - The Delmont American IPA

Number 18 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

Caramel in appearance with a bright citrus aroma.  This is quite a complex beer.  It has a strong bitterness at the start but there is a almost a sherbet tang to it.  It is sweet with citrus.  Really interesting.

Fortitude Brewing Company - Original Golden Ale

Number 11 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

The appearance is like maple syrup with a slight hint of green.  The aroma is hoppy with citrus breaking through.  This is quite a bitter beer that is quite fresh but quite complex.

Number 8 of the Local Taphouses Top 100 Australian Craft Beers of 2014.

Kiwi fruit nose with an olive and slightly green appearance.  There is a nice freshness to this beer.  It's thin with light citrus and a subtle malty vanilla.
